Insurance
The practice I am in is in network with Aetna insurance. If you are covered by Aetna, please let me know and I’ll verify your benefits.
For all other insurance plans, I am an out-of-network provider and can provide you a statement to submit for reimbursement (superbill).
For out-of-network services, your sessions may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Most clients with a PPO plan are reimbursed 40-80% of the session rate. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
Do I have coverage for psychotherapy with an out-of-network provider?
What is the reimbursement amount per session?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
Payment
All major credit cards are accepted as well as HSA/FSA cards.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session time. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full session.
